Trained in the world class ‘Napoli’s Style’ pizza school in Naples, you can be assured of an extra special pizza experience. Pizza San Antonio uses traditional preferment for Neapolitan Style. This dough has a unique 24 hours fermentation process, ensuring the highest quality of the pizza.

World Champion Pizza Team Chef Antonio Carlos Garcia & Dario's, climbed to the top of the podiums as the Best International Pizza Chef at the VIII Pizza Doc Edition in 2022 and Neapolitan World Champion Pizza Chef at the WORLD PIZZA CUP 2023 in Italy.
He has his own catering company — Pizza San Antonio — which has provided for some big-name clients (FedEx, Amazon, BBC, Warner Bros) and also provide Pizza Consulting, Pizza Courses & Collaborations in the UK, Spain and rest of Europe.

Our world champion dough has a 24 hours fermented to ensure the quality, digestibility and the lightness of our pizzas. Pizza Catering San Antonio has a range of different mobile pizza ovens and they can be set up indoors or outdoors. At 480c degrees our pizza ovens are capable of baking a traditional Neapolitan style pizza in under 90 seconds!
